Delivery team went above and beyond to ensure items were assembled and placed exactly where we wanted. They informed us exactly when they would be arriving, assembled furniture, and made sure to take away all packaging. Would love it if we could have Ronald Carter & team deliver all of our Arhaus furniture in the future.

Hands down, bar none, the best delivery I have ever had. Professional, polite, even put feet covers on. They even asked to use my vacuum to clean styrofoam up in the hall. I would let this company/guys move me for sure.

Dustin was the best! He brought his big truck onto our narrow street and was very careful to accommodate all those on our streets so that they wouldn’t be inconvenienced. His crew was not only professional, but they were extremely polite. They treated my items as if they were their own. Dustin went out of his way to accommodate the delivery from Kentucky to Florida to make sure that it went smoothly and that I was completely satisfied. He went above and beyond what I considered a typical job the crew in Florida was just as polite and accommodating as the crew in Kentucky. I would highly recommend Dustin to coordinate anyone’s move. He did an outstanding job.

They were on time. Walked through the snow but put on booties to come into my house. Discovered one of my chairs had a broken part on it, called it in and got a new one scheduled to be delivered. Very polite and courteous.
